Our mission is to provide a respectful, positive and safe environment where students are supported, challenged and empowered to be the best version of themselves. At Nava, we’re all about setting personal and academic goals, where we strive to learn to be our best.

Nava is a STEAM school focused on Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Mathematics. We bring the arts into the classroom in an integrated way. Staff is trained using the LANL Foundation’s Inquiry Science Education Consortium, which is dedicated to increasing equity and access to quality STEM education for students in grades K–6 throughout Northern New Mexico, the Artworks/Lincoln Center Institute Model, which is rooted in collaboration between artists and teachers, and curriculum closely aligned to state-adopted standards for teaching and learning.
